Shipping Policy
US Orders
US orders placed by 11:30 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day; orders placed after 11:30 AM PT ship the next business day, and after Friday's cutoff or on the weekend, Monday. Orders of $99 or more ship free.
Holiday notice
- During the holiday season, orders may take up to 2 business days to ship.
- No shipping on Thanksgiving Day. That week, sea moss gel ships Monday and Tuesday only.
- Carriers run their highest volume of the year through New Year's. Once your order ships, delivery can take longer than the estimates below, and those delays are outside our control.
Shipping options
Orders of $99 or more ship free, including orders with sea moss gel. Under $99, your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay; orders with sea moss gel ship at one flat FedEx rate.
| Service | Ships | Arrives after shipping |

We don't ship on weekends or major carrier holidays. Delivery times are carrier estimates.
Sea moss gel
- Ships cold: FedEx 2Day with ice packs, Monday–Wednesday only, so it never sits in transit over a weekend. Gel orders placed after 11:30 AM PT Wednesday ship the following Monday.
- When your order includes gel, everything ships together with it, on the gel schedule.
- US street addresses only — FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes.
