When you use the Website, we and our service providers and advertising partners collect:
-
Usage data — pages and products viewed, links clicked, search terms entered, time and duration of visits, referring and exit pages, and interactions with emails and advertisements.

Device data — browser type and version, operating system, screen dimensions, language and regional settings, and identifiers including IP address and mobile advertising identifiers.

Technologies we use
-
Cookies — small files stored by your browser. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain and support preferences, security, and advertising.

Pixels and web beacons — code embedded in a page, email, or advertisement that reports your interaction to a server. Pixels operate together with cookies, and permit us or an advertising partner to set or read cookies in your browser.
-
Software development kits (SDKs) and tags — code loaded into the Website that transmits usage information to a partner and enables conversion measurement and advertising.
-
Log files — server records of requests made to the Website.

5. Consent
When you first visit the Website, you are presented with a consent banner. Advertising and non-essential analytics technologies do not load until you accept them. You may accept all, reject all, or select categories, and you may change your choices at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
Strictly necessary technologies — those required for the Website to function, to keep your cart, to process your order, and to maintain security — operate without consent and cannot be disabled.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other opt-out preference signals. When we receive a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and device, and, where you are logged in, for your account.
When we process an opt-out, we display a confirmation of your current choices on the Website. You can view and change those choices at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
6. How We Use Information
-
To process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders and returns.
-
To create and maintain your account, subscriptions, and Rewards membership.
-
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
-
To send transactional messages about orders, accounts, and service changes.
-
To send marketing communications by email and, where you have opted in, SMS.
-
To personalize the Website, including which products and content you see.
-
To measure the performance of our advertising and marketing.
-
To deliver advertising to you on other websites and services, including advertising directed to people whose interests resemble those of our customers.
-
To analyze usage, diagnose technical problems, and improve the Website and our products.
-
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
-
To comply with law, respond to legal process, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We may use deidentified or aggregated information for any lawful purpose. Where we do, we maintain it in deidentified form, do not attempt to reidentify it, and contractually bind recipients to the same.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, including decisions about financial or lending services, housing, education, employment, healthcare, or essential goods and services.
We do use automated processing to group customers into audience segments and to personalize marketing and advertising. You may opt out of that processing as described in Sections 5 and 11.
7. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to:
-
Service providers and contractors — payment processing, fulfillment and shipping, customer support, email and SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, and fraud prevention. These parties are bound by written contract to process information only on our instructions and for no other purpose.
-
Advertising partners — as described in Sections 4 and 5, and only in accordance with your consent choices and any opt-out preference signal we receive.
-
Payment and financing providers — to process your payment.
-
Professional advisors — counsel, auditors, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.
-
Legal and safety recipients — to comply with law or legal process, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
-
Corporate transactions — a buyer or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
-
At your direction — where you ask us to share, or where you post publicly.
We do not disclose your SMS opt-in or consent data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Sale and Sharing; Sensitive Personal Information
Sale and sharing
California law defines "sale" broadly, and defines "sharing" to include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of advertising and analytics technologies constitutes a sale and sharing of personal information under California law, and may constitute targeted advertising, sale, or profiling under other state laws.
The categories we sell or share for these purposes are: identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences. The categories of recipients are the advertising and analytics partners identified in Section 4.
You may opt out at any time. See Section 11.
Sensitive personal information
We do not ask you for, and do not intentionally collect, information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, precise geolocation, government identifiers, or account credentials.
However, our products relate to wellness, and some pages and product collections on the Website are organized by health topic. The pages you view may therefore reveal an interest in a particular health subject, and that browsing information may be transmitted to our advertising and analytics partners. To the extent that information is analyzed to infer characteristics about your health, it may constitute sensitive personal information under California law.
We use such information only to operate the Website and to deliver advertising in accordance with your consent choices. We do not use it to infer characteristics for any other purpose, and we do not disclose it for any purpose other than those described in this Policy.
You may direct us to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer, or by contacting us as described in Section 14.
We do not request date of birth, age, or other information indicating that a consumer is under 16 years of age
9. Retention
We retain personal information for the periods below, or longer where required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
|

7 years from the transaction, for tax and accounting purposes |

Where a specific period is not listed, we retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applying the criteria of the nature and sensitivity of the information, our legal obligations, and whether the purpose can be achieved by other means.
10. Your Choices
-
Advertising and analytics. Use the consent banner or the Your Privacy Choices link. Enabling GPC in your browser communicates your opt-out automatically.
-
Cookies generally. Most browsers accept cookies by default and allow you to refuse or delete them. Settings are per-browser and per-device. Some parts of the Website may not function if you block strictly necessary cookies.
-
Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You cannot opt out of transactional messages about your orders or account.
-
SMS. Reply STOP to any message, or use any of STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
-
Industry opt-outs. The Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) offer opt-outs for participating companies. These are separate from, and do not replace, the controls we provide.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
Right to know. Request the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources, our purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it, the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
Your request is not limited to the preceding 12 months. Where we maintain personal information for longer than 12 months, we will provide information collected on or after January 1, 2022, unless doing so proves impossible or would involve disproportionate effort.
Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to statutory exceptions — including where we need it to complete your transaction, provide a good or service you requested, detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale and sharing. Direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Direct us to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to those uses permitted by law.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, provide a different level or quality of service, or suggest that we will, because you exercised a privacy right. We may offer financial incentives as described in Section 13.

Opt-out of sale and sharing, and limitation of sensitive personal information, may also be exercised by enabling GPC in your browser, which requires no account and no verification.
Verification
We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. We may extend once by a further 45 days and will tell you if we do.
To verify your identity for a request to know, delete, or correct, we may ask you to confirm information already in our records — such as the email address, order number, or shipping address associated with your account. For requests seeking specific pieces of personal information, we apply a higher standard and may request additional confirmation. We use information provided for verification only for that purpose.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you, and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us. An agent submitting a request under a valid power of attorney need not provide separate authorization.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those parties' own direct marketing purposes. To make a request, email info@drsebiscellfood.com with the subject "California Shine the Light Request." We may respond once per calendar year.
12. Other State Privacy Rights
If you reside in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.
Use the same channels listed in Section 11. We honor opt-out preference signals, including GPC, in every state that recognizes them.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing info@drsebiscellfood.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will provide instructions for contacting your state attorney general.
Nevada. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain personal information as defined by NRS 603A.340. Submit requests to info@drsebiscellfood.com.
13. Financial Incentive — Rewards Program
Our Rewards program offers points, discounts, and member benefits in exchange for your enrollment, which requires you to provide personal information including your name, email address, and purchase history. This constitutes a financial incentive under California Civil Code § 1798.125.
Material terms. Members earn points on qualifying purchases and activities and may redeem them for discounts. Full terms are at https://drsebis.com/pages/loyalty-program
How to join. Enroll through the Rewards page.
How to withdraw. Email info@drsebiscellfood.com at any time to withdraw. Withdrawal forfeits unredeemed points.
Value of your information. We have estimated the value of the personal information provided by program members using the expected cost of the discounts and benefits offered, measured against the incremental revenue attributable to program participation. On that basis we estimate the value at approximately $[X] per member per year. We offer this incentive because it supports customer retention, and we have determined in good faith that it is reasonably related to the value of the information provided.
14. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact info@drsebiscellfood.com and we will delete it.
15. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Third-Party Sites and Integrations
The Website contains links to and integrations with services we do not operate, including social media platforms, embedded video, payment providers, and our help center. Those parties may collect information about you independently and in accordance with their own policies. We encourage you to review them.
17. Location of Processing
The Website is operated from the United States and intended for users located in the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States and may be processed by service providers in other jurisdictions.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will post the revised Policy and update the "Last Updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, which may include a notice on the Website or an email to the address associated with your account. The date shown above reflects the date of the most recent revision and is not automatically generated.

Shipping Limitations
We process all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. They are processed in the order in which they are received. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. *Free shipping is available for U.S orders $100 or more. Please note perishable items such as Sea Moss Gel, Elderberry Sea Moss Gel, and Mango Sea Moss Gel can only be shipped Monday through Wednesday in the order that they were received. Due to the perishable nature, they cannot be shipped during weekend travel or through holidays. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
International Shipping Policy
Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please understand that this is standard practice among e-commerce stores and other retailers.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Additionally, contact your custom’s office to learn about specific restrictions, licensing, or special provisions on the import of your goods.
We create the shipping label and fill out the commercial invoice and other customs forms appropriately to expedite customs clearance. In these documents, we include a full description of the goods (i.e., what it is, what it’s used for, the ingredients and the country of origin) and the value of the goods. If, however, you are asked this information please make sure to include all details possible to reduce the risk of customs delays or holds impacting delivery.
We understand that some countries heavily restrict the shipment of dietary supplements and some others place restrictions and require additional permits from the importer. Each country has a different custom agency with specific laws and requirements that unfortunately are out of our control. We would love to be able to ship Dr. Sebi’s products and spread his knowledge without restriction to each and every corner of the world, however, international laws do not evolve as fast as commerce does and this significantly impacts our reach.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for packages being held by custom or local authorities.
We have listed below a few resources of some of the world’s major carriers where you will be able to find detailed information of your country’s specific requirements and restrictions.
